INDEPENDENT LIVING for SENIORS

Lincoln House is a federally owned apartment building for the elderly and disabled. An applicant needs to be 50+ years old or receiving Social Security disability. Residents must be able to function with a minimum of assistance.

Rent is based on income and medical expenses are taken into consideration when rent is calculated. Heat, water, and sewer are included.

Single bedroom, efficiency, and handicapped apartments are available. Interested parties are welcome to take a tour Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm. Call the Housing Authority of Henry County at (309) 852-2801 for more information.
