Curbside Recycling Program
In 1997, the City of Galva introduced a Curbside Recycling Program. We hope this will continue to help keep the environment clean and aid in keeping landfill costs as low as possible.|
PICKUP SCHEDULE 2011... Recycling service is provided on the North side of the RR tracks on Mondays and the South side of the RR tracks on Wednesdays. Bins and cans should be out by 6:00 a.m. Place your recyclables in the recycling bin and place it near your garbage can on the curbside. Please remember to remove empty bins and garbage cans from the curbside by the end of the collection day. |

Holidays that would affect your pickup by making it one day late - New Years, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day and Christmas.
Large items for pickup, please call Jackson Disposal.
For questions about recycling or if you need a recycling bin, please call Eagle Enterprises at 932-2936. For questions about garbage collection, please call Jackson Disposal at 1-866-686-4410 or City Hall at 932-2555.
